Me. The person you speak with on your first call is the one who actually does the work. I don’t have a client manager, and there’s no handoff from designer to developer. I take on only a small number of projects at a time to maintain this workflow. When I need extra help, I bring in trusted professionals I’ve been working with for years.

Yes, and it's often the right first step. I look at what you have, where people drop off and what's missing, then give you a short list of what to fix first. Sometimes the answer is a few changes and not a redesign.

Both. I worked for over seven years as a senior product designer, managing four products and developing separate design systems for three of them. Most founders want their website and product to look like they’re part of the same company, and that’s easier to achieve when the same person designs both.

Is it possible to work on a monthly basis instead of a fixed-term project?
Yes. The monthly rate is suitable for teams that have multiple projects or whose workload fluctuates constantly—such as new landing pages, product screens, or website updates. Work is carried out on one task at a time, and each task is delivered before the next one begins.

We sort that out before it can become a problem. At the start we agree on the direction together, and I keep refining it until you're actually happy with where it's heading. Only then do I build the full site, and you still get revision rounds after that. You never pay for something you didn't sign off on.
